Fly Over Co. i Stockholm AB, 559495-5790, trading under the names Fly Over The World and Fly Over Stockholm, helps you book sightseeing flights operated by third-party companies. By using the platform, communicating with us, or booking a tour, you agree to these terms. We act only as an intermediary for the operator, we do not perform the flights ourselves.
Insurance and liability
Flights are operated by a third party operator under respective Air Operator Certificate and passengers are covered by insurance in accordance with EU regulation (EC) 785/2004. The operator is responsible for the safe conduct of the flights, adhering to all applicable regulations and standards. All other liability is expressly excluded.
Cancellation terms
- You can cancel up to 48 hours before departure. Thereafter no refund is given.
- We might have to cancel your flight due to bad weather or other operational contingencies, in that case we offer you to reschedule or to receive a refund.
- In case passengers are not present on the time and meeting point as agreed, or failed to correctly inform us about weight, pregnancy or disabilities, no (partial) refund will be issued.
Applicable law
The use of the service is governed by Swedish law.
